Johanna Goldstein, founded in 2011 Avalanche Films LLC, with a directive to create thought-provoking, ground breaking film, television and digital content. The first feature, Just Like Being There, premiered at SXSW in 2012, was acquired by Virgil Films & Entertainment for Netflix, Hulu, iTunes and Amazon distribution.

Avalanche has produced innovative short form campaigns and segments for such clients as Hudson Jeans, Colgate Palmolive, American Express and The History Channel. In addition to developing its film content, Avalanche continues to create imaginative and effective digital content, approaching each piece with the skill and precision brought to our films.

Franci Fernández



An independent creator at heart, Franci walked his talk among famous global ad agencies present in his native Puerto Rico. Places like Leo Burnett, DDB and Ogilvy, to name some, on brands like Kellogg’s, Bacardi, Budweiser, McDonalds, Duracell and others. A cross-functional creative, his work has been published in books like Creativity Magazine and NY Festivals Annuals, and received recognition in international festivals like FIAP, Clio, NY Film Festivals and Cannes. It’s known that creative minds thrive wherever applied. Franci’s multidimensional creativity, has now found a hood in digital and social media with work for Silver Key beer and Malta India. Jackie Bird

Founder & President

C-level marketing communications advisor, brand strategist and serial entrepreneur. In 2009, Jackie founded Redbean Society, an independent strategy consulting firm with core expertise in cross-cultural marketing. As past CEO at WPP/Grey’s WING in New York, Jackie partnered with some of the world’s leading companies for brands like Pantene, Cover Girl, Wal-Mart, Coors Light and DIAGEO’s Crown Royal. At GREY, Jackie led the transformation of WING to become a center of excellence for regional assignments and successfully integrated multidisciplinary teams across North America and Latin America. Passionate about the evolving role of digital and social media in connecting people with brands through culture.

Mari Provi Florez

VP Client Services and Business Development

Bicultural, bilingual marketer with a passion for brands and the understanding of human behavior. Mari brings extensive background in account direction, strategic planning and research across the US Hispanic, Multicultural and Latin American markets for WPP’s Y&R and GREY and clients like VISA, Colgate-Palmolive, P&G and AT&T. Most recently, she is a branding advisor to celebrities like María Marín Live and Chef Doreen Colondres as they expand their digital presence and personas across U.S. audiences.

Andrés Bramson

Digital Content Strategist

An experienced Digital Marketer, Andrés is a graduate in graphic design from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He’s been an independent professional since 1999 at ABWD serving a number of TV networks, publishers and brands in the capacity of digital marketing consultant and web content developer. Sought by the likes of entertainment icons Lifetime, A&E, HBO and Discovery, his work has engaged audiences through multichannel digital programs across LATAM and Brasil, in Spanish, Portuguese and English. Andrés is a seasoned digital expert that focuses on the intersection between consumers and technology to build value for his clients and associates.

As a pioneer of digital marketing with over 19 years’ experience across media and digital agencies, e-commerce and technology platforms – Nick brings a wealth of creative thinking and a long resume of innovative communications solutions with a common focus on unlocking the power of technology as part of an integrated approach to media and content. Pahade has been recognized by MEDIA Magazine as one of the “Top 50 People to Know in Interactive Marketing”. He was also named an Online All-Star by MediaPost and was included in Advertising Age coveted 40 under 40 list. He is active in the venture capital area serving as an advisor and angel investor to a variety of industry start-ups.

Mari Carmen (Tuti) Bou

VP Sony Music Entertainment. Ms. Bou has become known for being part of the development of internationally recognized artists such as: Chayanne, Ricky Martin, Franco de Vita, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Elvis Crespo, Alejandro Fernandez, Victor Manuelle, Sin Bandera, Camila and Shakira among many others.

Originally from the town of Corozal, Puerto Rico, Tuti Bou was recognized by the Chamber of Representatives as a distinguished young woman in 1998. In the record industry she is well known for her ideas and excellent development plans for new artists such as the most recent case of Kany Garcia two Latin Grammys and Pedro Capo recently nominated for three Latin Grammys.

She currently directs Sony Music Puerto Rico and is the manager of Kany Garcia and Pedro Capo.
